Mold Design Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead the 2D/3D structural design and review of the company's core high-precision molds (for semiconductors, capacitors, and connectors) to ensure optimal design solutions.
2. Manage the full lifecycle of molds—from design, machining, and assembly to mold trials—and resolve complex technical challenges encountered during trials (such as precision control and service life enhancement).
3. Optimize existing mold structures through design improvements to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve production yields.
4. Establish and refine the mold design standard library; mentor and guide junior designers.
5. Complete development according to schedule milestones to ensure a smooth transition to mass production.
6. Monitor mold performance in production; optimize structures and extend service life to drive cost reductions and efficiency gains.

Job Requirements:

1. Over 10 years of experience in precision mold design; associate degree or higher required;
2. Proficient in UG software and capable of independently completing complex 3D structural designs; experience with mold flow analysis is a plus;
3. Familiar with manufacturing processes for powder metallurgy or precision metal hardware molds; possesses in-depth knowledge of material properties;
4. Strong problem analysis and resolution skills; capable of independently handling key project challenges;
5. Background in the electronic components industry (capacitors, resistors, connectors) is preferred.

Injection Molding Technician

Job Responsibilities:

1. Proficient in commissioning Yizumi and Baojie injection molding machines; capable of mold setup and adjustment.
2. Capable of commissioning robotic arms, performing basic mold assembly/disassembly, and handling production-related issues.

Job Requirements:

1. At least three years of experience in injection molding machine setup and adjustment; familiar with injection molding processes and peripheral equipment.
2. Physically healthy and hardworking; possesses a strong sense of responsibility as well as excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
